TAK Holds 'Floking' to Protect Earth's Health
On October 14, Toray Advanced Materials Korea(TAK) held a flocking volunteer activity in Gumi, Gyeongsangbuk-do, where the Gumi plant is located, with approximately 1,300 employees participating.
The event, held for the second time since last year, was conducted with environmental cleanup and street maintenance activities in which executives and employees walked 30 courses in Gumi City to collect garbage.
President Kim Young-seop said, "We will continue to strengthen ESG management to create a clean and healthy future and grow with local communities."
Meanwhile, TAK employees working in Seoul will also continue their environmental conservation activities by participating in a flocking event in the region with the Gangseo-gu Office on November 7.
