TAK Acquires 'Best Family Friendly Management' Certification
Toray Advanced Materials Korea(TAK) has obtained 'Best Family Friendly Management' certification from the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.
The 'Best Family Friendly Management' certification, introduced in 2008, is a government system that gives companies that model family-friendly systems so that workers can balance work and family.
TAK is implementing a flexible work system that allows employees to autonomously choose working hours for the balance between work and family, and a half-difference system that allows employees to use annual leave divided into hours.
In addition, it operates a variety of family-friendly systems, such as operating a workplace daycare center, providing student and medical expenses for children, and supporting spouse health checkups so that executives and employees with children can focus on their work.
In particular, this screening was recognized for its efforts to create a family-friendly organizational culture as it was highly evaluated in terms of the use of parental leave and the employment retention rate before and after childbirth.
